Dedicate Driver Salary
The dedicated truck driver’s salary at Hoekstra Transportation starts with a per mile practical door-to-door rate and includes a weekly minimum guarantee. Dedicated truck drivers also benefit from bonus opportunities like a quarterly compliance bonus, productivity bonus, unlimited referral bonus, and more. Shift differential pay after 40 hours are also given to dedicated truck drivers.

Each dedicated truck driver is assigned a truck from our fleet of late-model Freightliner & Peterbilt trucks. Our well-maintained trucks and equipment provide a comfortable and clean driving experience.
Driver Qualifications for Dedicated Truck Driving
Dedicated truck drivers are highly skilled and prioritize safety for themselves and others. To qualify as a dedicated driver for Hoekstra Transportation, candidates must meet the following requirements and have the proper licenses and certifications.
To become a dedicated truck driver, you must be able to provide your current Class A CDL and an up-to-date DOT physical. You’ll have to be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and road test. Show verifiable two years’ experience, preferably with a dry van, be at least 23 years old, and have no preventable accidents within the last year. You must not have any drug or alcohol-related convictions in the previous ten years. Additionally, it is a requirement to possess a motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets the requirements of our insurance company.
