Driver of the Year

Each year at the annual Christmas Party, we select from the past year’s drivers of the month, one driver who earns the title “Driver of the Year”. This title allows the driver to be reassigned to a brand new Peterbilt tractor that they may customize according to their desires or have the option for a cash reward.

Each month we select a driver who has six months or more with the company who has exceeded the following areas: MPG, driver e-log compliance, safety bonuses, miles driven, on-time delivery, overall feedback from customers and staff and is an effective team player.
