Our Commitment to THE Community
At Hoekstra Transportation, we put care in everything we do, from delivery to driver safety. We started Hoekstra Cares to give back to our community and say thank you! We are committed to wrapping trailers each year to raise awareness for a nonprofit, and we consistently give back to local organizations through money raised in our vending machine plus employee contributions matched by the company and donated quarterly!
Driving for a Cause
Our drivers here at Hoekstra Transportation are the eyes and ears of our nation’s highways. It is with this responsibility that we teamed up with Truckers Against Trafficking, so that we may do our part in aiding in the fight against human trafficking. We are also happy to say that our staff is 100% Truckers Against Trafficking trained!
Going Green
We took Hoekstra Cares to the next level by caring not only for people but for the planet! With our roof-installed solar panels, we are generating 85% of our own energy, and our trucks run B11 Biodiesel during the Summer months to cut down on Co2 emissions. We are also a Proud Transport Partner of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency SmartWay
