QUALIFICATIONS
DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS, OVERVIEW, & REQUIREMENTS.
HOEKSTRA DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for employment with Hoekstra Transportation, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Supply current Class A CDL
- Have an up-to-date DOT physical
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Complete a road test
- Verifiable 2 years experience preferably w/ dry van
- Be a minimum of 23 years old
- Have no preventable accidents within the last year
- Have no drug or alcohol-related convictions in the last 10 years
- Possess a motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets the requirements of our insurance company
