The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a benefit provided by Hoekstra Transportation LLC to all its employees and their dependents. It provides free, confidential, professional counseling and referrals for employees who are experiencing personal problems. The EAP is completely confidential as it helps employees with problems that are causing worry or concern.

Your EAP counselor can provide assistance for alcohol and drug problems; marital problems; family problems that involve children; financial or legal difficulties. Your employer cares about your well-being, so whatever affects you personally and your job performance can be discussed with your EAP counselor.
