Hoekstra Transportation operates a regional fleet of late model conventional tractors. The average age of our equipment is just under 2 years old. Our fleet consists of Peterbilts and Internationals that are assigned to each individual driver.

Due to our regional coverage and new hours of service requirements, we have built our trailer pool over the past year to nearly 500 trailers. This currently equates to a 5.5:1 trailer/tractor ratio. The majority of our trailers are 53' air ride Great Dane and Wabash trailers. We also operate some specialty equipment in our dedicated fleets including 48 and 45 foot vans, flatbeds, 45' side door vans, and dumps. In addition, we lease storage trailers that can be used at your facility or one of ours.
